We thought we were finished with the closets on Monday, but when I came home from work, I saw that the hinges to the cubby doors were on backward. The phone call to the handyman that evening was a little uncomfortable. But he was a good sport and came be Tuesday morning, I showed him what’s what and he stuck around for an hour or two and fixed his mistake. No worries.

What remains now is to prime and paint the cubby doors in both bedrooms, as well as finishing the priming, painting and shelving unit in the nursery.

I’m pacing myself on the nursery and I’m doing bit by bit each evening after work. Yesterday was spackling and sanding, today will be priming and Friday will be painting. Saturday or Sunday I’ll tackle the shelf system and we can put this project to bed.
