		<description>yes,  when we worked together, i had an account for all those sites when no one heard of them or appreciated social media optimization.   i would submit so much, and it helped drive traffic.  what you mention is an issue and one of the reason&#039;s Digg has recently went with OpenID.  check out
openid.net which uses a unique URI.</description>
