My wife’s a mad…er…woman!
Randye has an off day, and what does she do. Watch daytime TV? No. Shopping? Not! Waste the day away? Hardly.
But she took the time to finish sanding some spackled areas in the hall. Then she primed the back hall walls, ceiling and trim. Then she swapped out door hardware on a couple of doors around the house. And then she oiled a couple of creaky doors.
I sat at my desk at work for 8+ hours. I think I’ll start wearing a dress.

Since things are slow for me work-wise until Friday, I hope to have the back hall walls and trim fully painted by Thursday. (At which point, I’ll leave the ceiling painting to Paul. Neatness counts at that point, and that’s not my strong point.)
And heck, if I have extra time, the shag carpeting might get ripped off the stairs . . . whether Paul likes it or not.
