Another busy day with the drywall/plasterers.

One of the regular contractors came by first thing this morning to uncover the part of the chimney that was covered yesterday. He also fixed an issue in the pantry nook where some of the drywall was sticking out and would have hampered installation of the pantry cabinetry and shelves.

The wall and ceiling team finished off the drywall in the kitchen, hall and dining room. Then they plastered everything, and it looks great! The only complaint on the day was the mess that poor Randye had to clean up and may have been the cause of death for our Dyson vacuum–to be determined.
